Former 49ers Wideout Returns to Windy City
One-Year Deal for Veteran Receiver
Chicago Bears wide receiver Dante Pettis has signed a one-year contract to remain with the team, the organization announced. The former 49ers standout will add depth and experience to the Bears' passing attack.
Pettis made a significant impact as a rookie with the 49ers in 2018, posting 29 receptions for 467 yards and five touchdowns. He became the first 49ers rookie since Jerry Rice to record over 100 receiving yards in a single game, accomplishing the feat against the Green Bay Packers in Week 1.
